BMW Bluetooth Compatibility

A few people are interested if the K750i is compatible with the BMW factory-fitted bluetooth system. Altough the K750i isn’t (yet) listied on the BMW Bluetooth Site , I can confirm that it seems to work.

I have successfully paired a K750i with a 2004 E46 (3-series). Everything worked as expected - the phone numbers were available via the buttons on the steering wheel. The relevant indicator was shown on the display (M), (W), (H) for Mobile, Work and Home numbers (this functionality doesn’t work on some Nokia phones). I successfully placed a call and everything worked fine.
